I think it is pretty much time for me to get back into writing reviews, making videos, getting shit done.

I've been on a few months hiatus for writing reviews and making videos here on EF. I really do miss it. I used to do at least four reviews a week, plus videos to the reviews. One day.. I just stopped. Maybe I need a hobby again. And what is the greatest hobby ever? Reviewing sex toys and making videos about them. And obviously masturbating // trying out the new toys with a lover. Or wearing the new lingerie that you so desperately wanted to get.

I have been "around". I read the forums everyday. I still ordered stuff like once a week. I have a million things to try out that are still in boxes. Maybe it was my shopping addiction? I haven't even tried most of them yet.

I think it is time to get back into it all. I may still be crazy and going through the motions, but damn. I need a hobby.

This place is too great to just leave for good! I take breaks sometimes, and reviews are a lot of effort, so I know what you mean about needing a break but still being on here often!

I never took a hiatus, but I frequently go away for a few days to a week. I think I burned myself out a bit when I wrote so many reviews in about a month.

Wow, for some reason my first attempt at posting this didn't go through. I'll try to write it again.

I checked everything because my situation is very complicated. I have to take hiatuses because of my poor health. It is really unfortunate, because I am at my happiest when I am active on EF. However, the pressures of writing good reviews in a timely manner, and being well enough to use the products on the site aids in my stomach pain; stress makes it hurt much more. I just need to find a healthy balance between my time on EF and my complicated health situation. I need to remember that EF is a fun hobby but it is optional.

I am careful. I am very alive here, but I don't ever go crazy and just make large purchases, never impulse purchases. I want to know that it's something I want before going and just snatching everything I can up. I take things slow too, so I tend to need a lot of thinking time.

I am just getting back into it after freelance work kept me busy for several months. I was sooooooo excited when I came back and got to order my new freebie! I miss it when I am not on and doing reviews, although I would love to do more!

I've never really "gone on hiatus" so to speak, but I don't do as much reviewing as I would like.

I was gone for about a week from the 14th to the 26th this month and had no computer access so I couldn't come on, but if I could have I probably would have. =^.^=

Earlier this year I had a lot of free time during the week, so I could go online, edit reviews, and spend a lot of my time searching around. Lately however, I have been very busy, with minimal time at home, and even less time to play with my wife, and my Eden life has been minimal. There are even times when I don't come online for a straight week. It also doesn't help that I am reading a series of 5 massive books that take up a lot of my free time. I have quite a few reviews to write/finish, and hopefully soon with fall and winter coming I'll be able to catch up.

I just came back from being on hiatus for about 9-10 months. Just as I was starting to get active on here I had some unexpected health issues that turned out to be very serious. I love Eden and the community here, but it was really hard for me to come back because my health problems were gynecological and so it really affected . My therapist advised me to come back because it would help to be involved in a sex positive community. I have been lurking for a few weeks without signing in and just this week I finally started to sign in and participate again. As I start getting more confident I will probably get more involved in the community again, especially while I am on part-time work hours since I am still receiving treatment.
