Never once have i won or met someone who's won contests, which makes me believe those TV shows and radio stations are just claiming they give stuff away to get more people to watch or listen

I've won two 25$ gift cards from Eden this past week.
I won a signed baseball from an Oreo stacking contest.
I won a watch, once, at a camp game.
Oth than that, I can't really think of anything. Nothing too exciting. I was definitely the most excited about the gift cards.

We've won tickets to concerts, I've won a few toys on Eden through meetings/parties/inter views and I won a trip to the Caribbean (that I didn't take because I thought it was a scam).

I've never really won any raffles or other contests that were purely random. As a kid I won an essay writing contest, and a couple of minor county fair things, but I've not been particularly lucky.
