No, I have lost some weight since high school though. I just put on a belt a few weeks ago that I hadn't worn since high school and the notch I use to use was about 2in bigger than I currently need. So I guess I've lost 2 inches off my waist? I sure don't need to lose any weight though, I'm quite thin.

Well I didn't lose anything of great significance but I did lose 25lbs last year, which is a lot for my size.

I'm about 40 pounds less than I was in my 20's, but I still have much more to lose.

I've been about the same weight for about 20 years. My wife on the other hand yo-yos up and down. Even if I'm 20 lb more than the experts say I should be, I'm quite healthy and stable.

Once your body finds a set point that it likes - your going to be miserable trying to reset it. Your hormones and emotions will fight you the whole way - then once you loose the weight, in 6 months most, all, or even more lbs. will be back. That's really the definition of yo-yo dieting - it's very unhealthy.

I only voted yes because I just recently lost 25 pounds and that's the most I've ever lost all at once. My doctor put me on a low carb diet to help control my hypoglycemia and a "side effect" of that was losing all the extra weight I was carrying around.

I have lost between 50 and 60 lbs every time i have dieted but I haven't stuck to it and I have always gained it all back and then some. Currently I am on a diet again, what a shocker, but I am trying extremely hard to stick with it this time.. so far down 25 lbs in just over 6 weeks. Aiming for 100 will see if that happens!

I've lost a total of 50 pounds (with some ups and downs) since 2007. I've been in maintenance at my goal weight for about a year now

I tend to fluctuate due to certain health conditions but I usually drop ten - twenty pounds each summer simply because of changes in my eating and exercise habits.

I lost about 15 lbs or so last summer when I had diverticulitis. I wouldn't suggest it if you don't have insurance and a high pain tolerance.
