Have you read (or heard about) Sheryl Sandburg's book, Lean In? Thoughts?

Contributor: spiced spiced
I've just read this blog piece about Sheryl Sandburg's recent book, Lean In, in which she proposes that women help each other to overcome the male-dominated hierarchy of corporate America. The author of the blog post, Darren Rosenblum, agrees with Sandburg that workforce inequality is a major issue, but proposes his own solutions, namely public policy changes which have worked elsewhere, to make things better.

What do you think? Have you read Lean In? (I haven't yet). What do you think is the best way to create greater equality in the workplace? Take a minute to read Rosenblum's piece and share your thoughts.
