Having trouble loading EF web pages. Any advice?

I seem to be having some sort of technical issue. Certain EF pages and many product images are not loading for me. At first I thought it was my browser, but the same (actually worse) problem occurs on two different browsers. So I thought it must be my laptop and restarted it with no change. Then I tried clearing the cache, and this is where it gets weird, but all of the pages are now screwed up. They don't load properly and I have no functionality of the site. I tried on my desktop and am experiencing the same issue, although not as bad since I haven't emptied the cache yet. I can access the site perfectly fine on my phone, and no other sites seem to have this issue, even ones I have never visited before. Any suggestions? I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
