Does your heart ever "race" if you are short of breath with a COLD or CONGESTION.

I have a sucky bad cold today. Sore throat, clogged nose, horrible cough,fever...the whole nine yards. Last night, I couldn't breath through my nose and breathing orally HURT. I don't know if it was shortness of breath or pain (or both), but I laid awake with my heart going about 100 beats a minute. SUCKS HUGE.

Anyone else ever get a fast heart rate when trying to breath with a stuffed nose????
