Home-cooked meals

I prefer my wife to make me dinner. I'd take that over going out any night. Is anyone else this way? My buddies think its weird and I just say that it sucks that their wife can't cook.

both my wife and I can cook. We can cook very well, me better then her; but both very well. I can cook just about anything you can get at a restaurant, for alot less then going out. I am only limited by the equipment in my kitchen and the size of my kitchen.

I always try to do homemade meals. My husband doesn't cook at all. Occasionally he will grill hot dogs and hamburgers but that's about it. Sometimes when I don't feel like cooking I'll just order food. He prefers me cooking to take out food any day.

I cook all meals about 99.5% of the time around our house. It’s always been that way. I wouldn’t have it any other way; I love putting together meals. I don’t expect her to cook. She doesn’t like to any way!
