My GF heated her place out in the country with a wood stove. I like the smell of burning wood from a fireplace or stove, we both wish she'd kept that place. My place in the suburbs uses natural gas forced air. I'd like to put in a fireplace but doing it right would be rather costly.

are apartment is small so if i cook anything in the oven it warms up the whole place.

central heat most of the day but the fireplace keeps it off most of the night ,but it doesen't get that cold in south GA
