The main sex shop I've gone to is about 60 miles from me now (used to be only 30 before I moved) and to me the drive there isn't all that bad. I love driving and drive a ridiculous amount all the time. For the right toy, if I had all the money gas I needed, I'd go on a really long road trip for it Probably further than across the state, but not to the opposite coast

Specifically to go to a sex shop, I wouldn't drive super-far. But if the only store was across the country, I'd think of other stuff to do over there to make a trip more worthwhile.

I'd go across the state because I live in a small state. If I had to drive a long distance I'd try to make it a fun filled trip so I wouldn't be going just for sex toys. It could be a vacation or weekend getaway. I'd like to visit some nearby attractions to make it worth the trip.

We have local shops in our area, but if we did not and online shops were not available, I'd drive up to 2 hours. That equates to 50-100 miles or across state for us!

My playroom is already stocked with more high quality toys than any of the stores within 50 miles.

None of my local stores carry much silicone, glass or stainless.

Say I am obsessed with toys, but for a dreamtoy, a REAL dreamtoy (like the Vanity Vr12 I always dreamed about, and it is the ONLY proper toy in its category for me) I would just make a BIGBIG trip, and stuff it with a LOT of other fun and useful things!!!

I live in an area with a few very nice stores. I generally go to stores to try products before I buy them online.

If there was a Jopen Intensity on sale somewhere in Portland or Eugene right now, I'd do a lot to get it. Not too much though, because gas prices are so high.

It's more like 30 minutes drive for me. However far that happens to be is how far I would drive. lol.

I live in Ohio so it's not too bad of a drive to cross the state. I actually just did this over the weekend because I wanted to check out a sex shop in Columbus since the ones in my area are severely lacking. Worth the drive because I have a great new dildo.
