Ok...I searched and searched, but I didn't find another poll on this. If you are an advanced reviewer, how many times in a row have you been denied items for free review? I recently had 6 different items turned down in 6 days, which is killing my incentive to do my best work when I do review. However, maybe I'll feel differently if I can relate to some other reviewers. P.S. My ranking is a 6.8/10, so I'm not new at this.

I have a 9.4 ranking--it just depends on the item and how many people were faster at selecting them to review. I also check farther back in the toys....sometimes that really, really helps!!!

It does suck when it happens but people are on here and grab them when they first come out. Lingerie is hard to get too I just now found out that only one free review is done on lingerie items. I don't do toys much but I will search far back for older ones if I have too.

I am a new advanced level reviewer and I have requested 2 so far....and been denied for 2. But now I feel a lot better about this since apparently it's not unusual at all!

Maybe 2 or 3? The thing that you have to keep in mind is that often over 30 people will send in a request for an item, so it's pretty exciting when they DO pick you! Keep trying!

Which means there are already 3 people reviewing the toy...it's not personal. The way the program works it's simply first come first served and there are a WHOLE bunch of people requesting items right now. Give it time and it'll even out.

I have been here since 2008 and I am the fifth ranked reviewer (right now ) and I have been turned down recently for review items. I haven't had a review item for several months. So don't give up hope or take it personally I promise you it's not because the administration doesn't like you.
Rack up your points and take advantage of the sales. Are you aware of the 30% discount available for anything on the site? Not trying to make you feel like a newbie just making sure you know! Most of my review products are sale items and 30% discount items.
Look for some changes in the program that will even things out and sort of rejuvenate the whole feel of reviewing! Hang in there things are always a-changin' round here!
