Not sure, depends on what I'm talking about. Angry or ranting the more frequently it bursts through, otherwise not very often. Still more than I should be in the habit of.

I don't curse a lot if a all, and if I do it's not very often, only when I hurt myself or something will a word or two slip out.

I have friends and family said omg I'm so sorry I said a bad word and your kid is right there and all I can think is wow I say WAY worse in front of my kids. I swear that bad but for some reason my kids have not picked up my words that bad about the same as any other kids. So dont feel bad I use that word at least 30 times a day.

My swearing has increased drastically since I got into college. It's to the point where sometimes I let an S or F drop without even realizing it. I've gotten better about it, though.
