Unlike the question you asked "how often do you condition your hair," shampooing is something I actually do! LOL. I rarely condition, but I shampoo every other night. I used to shampoo daily, but it was really harsh on my hair -- I iron and bleach -- so it's really bad on my hair. I skipped to washing every other night and it's done wonders for my hair.

I no longer shampoo my hair. I use conditioner only. It works wonders.

I shampoo daily. My hair looks greasy and disgusting if I don't. I wish I could do it less often because I know it dries out my hair.
