I change mine on a weekly basis. Any more than that I get squicked out...just think of all the dead skin cells and crap lurking on those sheets.

I try to wash them every week on laundry day but lately we haven't even slept under our sheets or comforters so they're being washed less frequently until it cools down.

I usually wash my bedding once a month. It's a really long process. Sheets, Duvet cover, comforter, mattress pad. Three to four loads of laundry. Drying is the difficulty. I have to pull the duvet cover and the comforter out of the dryer numerous times to turn it all around.

Whenever I feel they need it. We don't have a dryer, so we have to go to the laundry mat to dry everything. It's a pain in the ass.

Couple time per week. I have allergies and we let the dog sleep with us so when I start getting cloggy, the sheets, blankets and dogs get washed. (Dogs in the sink, though...lol!!)

I really am not sure, I don't keep track - but I should probably do it more. lol One thing that helps is using the Liberator Throe on top of the bed for sex instead of using the sheets.
I do change pillowcases daily, because I like my face to stay as clear as possible, and I feel like my long hair gets my pillowcase dirtier than normal.
