heard its not good to wash it alot because your skin loses it natural oil or moisture? instead just wash it with plain water. i use face wash once a day. how about you and when do you wash your face? morning or night?

Once at night usually, though sometimes in the morning as well. I use a Sukin cleanser and moisturizer.

every time I shower for the most part and i use an exfoliating face wash if i use just water i feel nasty. my skin is naturally oily

I wash my face with cleanser morning and night, sometimes midday too if I'm itching to get the makeup off my face when I get home. If you're concerned about the loss of natural facial oils, one option could be to use a cleanser specifically for sensitive skin, and then tone and moisturize afterwards. It really depends on how oily or dry your skin is.
