Depends on the season and what activities have been done in my bed. It also really depends on how many times I have slept in my bed most of the time once I change them I usually leave for a week or so. Mostly though at least once a week

Oh goodness...I try to wash my sheets twice a month...but honestly it ends up being once a month I get so busy I completely forget.

I would love to wash them weekly, as the feeling of fresh sheets is wonderful. I'm incredibly lazy, absentminded and unmotivated at times, so it's usually every two weeks. I generally shower before bed and I also wear pyjamas, plus I sleep by myself, so I like to think they stay clean for a nice while.
