Sometimes I feel as if I was born in the wrong decade. I like things from the 80's, and I feel older. Do you feel this way sometimes too?

I'm told I never act my age, but I doubt that's what you mean. I'm also told I was born in the wrong decade. I should have been born in the 1860s. Either then, or in midieval times. For my own opinion, I wouldn't mind being in a different era, but only if I could still posess the knowledge I have today. The older I get, the more nostalgic I feel about the time I grew up in. I think I came in at about the right time.

I'm a kid of the 80's and it was a fun decade to grow up in! My kids love retro 80's stuff too and it makes me laugh.

On good days, I feel like I'm about 22. But my soul is closer to 40...I relish in the things of the 60's and 70's and there's a lot of love for the 80's, but you can have the 90's and the naughts. Those sucked in every imaginable way when it comes to music, movies and things of that nature. (Just my opinion.)

I feel older--both by personality and having some physical ailments. Unfortunately, I look 5-10 years younger than I am and commonly get mistaken for a college kid instead of a college instructor.

I sometimes feel like I should be between 25-30 since I never hang out with anyone my own age and I really do love older movies, music and tv shows. Other times I feel like I should be my age or a couple years younger. All depends on the day

I feel my age but it's starting to be in a good way. Getting more comfortable in my skin.
