I know my dark side very well and try very hard to use it only when writing...I do not like the fact that I have one, but from talking to my friends I realize everyone has one. Some of my friends do not care about subduing theirs and let it out all the time, but I really do not like how I act when I feel mine coming on. I am just not a bitch type of person and do not get off on hurting others.

I know mine rather well. Most of the times I can control her, but sometimes she just gets in my head. :/

As strange as it may sound, I honestly don't think I have a dark side! Deep down, it's all bunnies and rainbows. I'm embarrassed to even admit that!

Not to say I don't appreciate a dark side! My S.O. has a huge one, and I think it's another way we compliment each other.

I have tea with mine on occasion. It's like Lister's Paranoia in "Red Dwarf" - a sad, Edward Gorey-ish goth who drags everything down to a level of near-suicide. She's been visiting recently, too, which is driving me batshit and interfering with my life.

Very, very well and I allow it to come to the surface in therapeutic ways (mostly in the bedroom). It's escapism at its finest, I guess is the best way to say it.

I have to say, I am a lot better at controlling my "dark side", than I was in my teenage years. With that said, it is still there of course. It takes the utmost control sometimes to keep my bitchy in check, but I do fairly well.
