Heading to Tuscaloosa, Alabama this time!!! Leaving on Friday morning and will be gone about a week or two....Starting to like going down south, we are taking a different routs this time to see more country.

Any one live near there? What are some great activities or things to check out? (Alligators SHOULD be part of someone's suggestions....please! !!)

I am so excited! And will still be on here all the time-hubby is going to work 10 hour days.....

Alabama is a lot of nature and not a lot else. I mean there's an Arby's listed as an attraction...

There is the Helen Keller Museum, which is interesting. The houses were built so much differently back then.

I've only been once, and I enjoyed dessert on the beach late at night and a hot tub soak. Other than that, saltwater taffy, and be safe!

Might be way, way too early but if she can find some boiled peanuts or a Krystals those are definitely a must.

He builds log trusses/storefronts for a major store chain. He is working on the set this time--had some issues with the footings placement and needs to refit the logwork. Last time down here we just had to deliver logs.
