I started back when you had to submit a writing sample. My first one I did was the Sherbet dildo/vibrator.

My first assignment, I chose the Cobalt Bubble Plug link I asked for it with my boyfriend in mind, since I didn't want him to feel threatened by my new fascination with sex toys (he wasn't actually; I was just being paranoid about his being paranoid). However, there were already "sufficient" reviews on the toy and I had to submit a little blurb about how I could write a better/fresh perspective. Weeks went by and I started to get nervous that either the whole thing was a scam or my offer had been rejected and no one had told me (it was my first time! I didn't know what was going on!). Turns out stuff had gotten piled up over the summer (it was August) and the assignments, etc. were a little behind. Exactly one month after I submitted my request, I received a notice that I had gotten the assignment.

I was sitting in the back of a lecture hall. The professor was talking about polymerase chain reaction. Everyone was asleep.

I squealed for joy (!!!)

I got a lot of stares.
