The first thing that comes to mind for me is that I'd let animals used for medical testing go free.
If there were repercussions, I'd be in trouble but with not having to worry about breaking the law I'd do it in an instant.

Wow...this is certainly an interesting question. :3
For me it'd probably be trespassing on private property, I'd love to explore some of the old abandoned (and yet still have no trespassing signs a lot of the time, go figure) buildings and take photos of them. I have sort of a fascination with abandoned, decrepit hospitals (bonus points if it used to be an insane asylum or something similar), schools, and churches mostly.

Travel around the world, taste all the foods there are, go to all the cool sites (e.g. awesome mansions, swimming pools on roofs, etc.)
