I would go for silicone, plastic, and glass material wise, since that's what I like. I would go for a lot of rainbow or blue toys. Blue is pretty.
If I could get away with it, I would totally have a pocket rocket/vibrator that looks a lot like Sailor Moon's disguise pen from the first season. I swear, the manga version looks like a pocket rocket with a jewel where the clitoral stimulator is. XD

I'd probably make Dildos, in an extreme range of sizes, from metal, glass, and silicon. Maybe I'd make a perfect steel penis with balls and everything, and a glass one. They'd range in length from 3 inches to 11 inches and in girth from 2 inches to 8. Some of them would be realistic, some not. And they'd come in a variety of colors, so you could choose to have a flesh tone or not.
I'd also love to have a "luxury" toy that's basically a medical grade stainless steel statue of an attractive man with a steel erection.

Silicone and more silicone with a bit of glass and some metal in there.
I would have a line of custom-order rabbits where you could choose your base and attachment to suit your need. I'd also make some cyber-gothy glow-in-the-dark bondage equipment with LED lights in it.

Knowing me (most of you do) it's going to be glass. I actually have some glass toys drawn out but I am not a glass manufacturer and I wouldn't know who to sell my ideas to. They'd be darn good toys though!
