If you could have one question answered, what would it (really) be?

I'm not looking for philosophical crap here, unless you really have time and energy to ponder the Big Stuff. I don't want to know what you'd answer on a personality profile to make yourself sound deep. I want to know what you really wonder. Forget the Universe, what do YOU want to know?

I fluctuate between two great mysteries:

1.) Ok, I know I was completely wasted, but, on my 21st birthday, what exactly was going through my head when I decided setting fire to a roll of toilet paper hanging in a stall in the Ladies' Room of the club was a GOOD idea?

and

2.) What is the actual criteria used by my dog to determine EXACTLY where he absolutely must crap?

My meathod is god has a plan for everyhting.

Only 2 things I wonder

1. How come I made it back alive from Iraq and not my comrads that sat next to me why them why not me

2. What have I done in life to deserve the life I live and have so much

everything else god has a plan for

1. Does the tree that falls in the woods, When no one is around, does it make noise?

2. Why does a chickens head have to move every time it takes a step?

Regarding the dog,... that's really a thought provoking point to ponder.

Yes, I *am* actually that shallow.

Seriously, though, I know it's based largely on scent and such, but honestly,it can take him 20 minutes of circling the yard twice and sniffing everything twice; even when it's an emergency, and he barely has time to sniff, he'll dart around, already half squatting, with his eyes bulging in a frantic and desperate panic, like "Ahh! Where is it? Where IS it??!! It's gotta be here somewhere!!! Ahh!" And he's a bulldog, and pretty old, and I swear, that's the fastest I've seen him move in 11 years!

I like to have faith in a Master Plan, as well, probably just because it means there's a reason for the things that make no sense. But it has to be a matter of faith, because it's beyond my ability to grasp, at least in this Human form. So I just try to believe when understanding's impossible, and trust that it makes sense, whether I ever see it or not.

So I don't question matters of faith, because it's sort of an oxymoron. So I stick with pondering the minutiae that makes up my day-to-day life. Why things happen, and whether there's one absolute Truth affect me less in the here and now than why I've been standing out in the rain with my dog for 20 minutes.

Considering noise is a vibration, I would go with "yes"

because she's got swagger!

OK... last thing for now....

I think that there are things we are not meant to understand. I also don't believe that God has a "plan" for the bad things that happen in our lives. I think that it's what we do with it. Did we live as "victims" or did we do something with our circumstances?

That being said, about #2... Well, as far as having extra, I think we're given extra so we can help those with nothing.

How do those skinny ostrich legs hold up that BIG ostrich body??

AND

Why do i have such bad luck with cars??

Some background...everytime I go to the zoo with my kids I always ask myself about those ostriches.
I have 2 cars that broke down within weeks of one another...one needed an alternator, the other needed a new engine. The one that needed the engine we had for one year and that was the second time it broke down. The other car, about 5 years ago, needed an engine also...so yeah, I guess my question makes sense.

Agreed, but that doesn't necessarily rule out a plan. Some 'bad things' MIGHT be part of a 'higher purpose,' but they might also be ways to teach us what we need to learn in order to fulfill our purpose in the Plan. I don't necessarily believe in reincarnation, but in different incarnations through which we pass. The Human State is just one, and I don't believe it's the final stage before we reach wherever we're ultimately going.

At least, that's what I think today. My views on the Big Stuff are constantly changing. That's probably why I'd rather wonder about dog poop.

HAHA I come up with these kinds of questions all the time! Now I have a place to put them

What did Dinosaurs sound like when they had sex...or just sound like at all?

Are the Cubs really cursed lol?

Why do certain things have their names like...strawberries (straw?), Football (you don't use your feet...), etc.

Can cats understand what we are saying (this one is coming from bf who 'Thinks the kitties know')...seriously they listen to him...he is like a kitty whisperer...it freaks me out.

Why must my neighbors blast the same song every day at 11am? "Teach Me How to Dance..." I HATE that song!...and it's before noon!

Why is Yellow gender neutral?
