I don't think I can answer that. The thing about being President is that you really don't have an idea of what you're up against and what you can change until you get in the hot seat. This is why it seems like almost every president has failed to deliver what they promised in their campaign speeches. I don't blame them, I blame the system they have to fight against.

Not really though, I couldn't tell you...I mean it's not like it's a straight forward thing, any laws you want to pass to try and make the country better would have to pass through the senate and such so what you plan and what actually happens aren't usually the same thing.
