How big is the island? Does it have cell service? How far away is the nearest rescue point or landlocked area? Where is the sex toy option? Is there water and a food source on the island? Are you sick of my questions?

IF there was reception for the cell phone on the island or mine was through statelite, then I'd pick the cell to get someone to fly over and pick me up! Otherwise the boat would be the next best, even though I'd be seasick the WHOLE way!

You can build a fire without matches, a cell phone won't have a signal, and while the bottle itself from the water would be helpful, the candy bars won't last you long. Depending on how remote, I'd go with the boat and paddle, or the bottle of water and candy bars for the bottle.

Is it a rowboat, or a canoe? I could do a canoe with one paddle for a long distance, but a rowboat would be hard to keep up if the island was more than a few miles from wherever I wanted to try to go.
It also depends on what's available on the island... if it's got trees and edible plants and animals, I'd take the matches to make my life easier while I tried to construct my canoe. If the island was just barren rock, I'd take my chances with the rowboat.
I would only choose the cell phone if I had some kind of solar cell or other battery charger.

I don't think it would matter what I had with me. I have pretty much zero survival skills so I don't think I would last all that long anyway lol. Hopefully the cell phone would work and someone could come find me.
