It doesn't matter for me, analog, digital, anything that is an electronic circuit. I can't help but be fascinated. In that sense I always love figuring out just how something works.

I'm an end user of the usual assortment of electronics. I used to dabble in web programming (java), but I just use the stuff now. I ordered the parts and assembled my own computer once, but I didn't enjoy it that much.

I have built a few computers in my life time. I also have installed a few home theater systems, and I mean installing wires in walls for speakers, HDMI cables, ect.. But with having 2 kids and everything they are involved in, I have not had time to do much. I did recently jerry rig a light in a lingerie cabinet I built for my wife to come on when you open the doors, and go off when you close the doors.

I build/repair desktop computers. Not too crazy about tinkering with laptops as they've got a lot less space to work in.

I have a family member who works for a lighting company, so it does interest me.
