I don't see a problem with it. The internet can be therapeutic, especially for people who would be more "shy" in the real world. Being allowed to talk freely with others is always good.

I talk this way with everyone, so nothing is really different for me on EF. Doesn't really phase me too much.

I have to censure myself in my real life - not because I'm uncomfortable with talking about such things, but because others are, so it's refreshing to talk so openly. But I'm not really surprised that everyone's so open on here. I guess it's a bit like a herd mentality thing. With everyone being so open, it becomes the norm, and so new people get swept up in that thinking, and on it goes.

Sex and menstruation are two of my favourite topics to talk about! Those who know me well know that and to those people I am very open with.

I don't think it's strange. The internet gives an optional level of anonimity that many people find very freeing. Personally, I'm rather open in real life too and so are the people I hang out with, so I don't really notice.

It's not weird at all and if we didn't do these things Eden's community forum wouldn't exist. So many people have learned new things and delved into different aspects of sexuality BECAUSE we are so open about it.

Besides, if I meet someone on here that I know in real life, then we have something in common and they'd be a hypocrite to criticize me because they were doing the same thing I am.

I enjoy the open atmosphere here. In the reality of my life at home there's only like two people I'd ever talk to about really intimate things and even that would have it's limits. Here I know I'm not being judged and if someone did judge me well hell it doesn't particularily matter.

It's definitely weird for me.

I work in a sex shop so this is pretty normal. I get a bit more explicit online sometimes just because I can - wouldn't wanna freak the customers out, hah. My coworkers and I are very candid with each other, though. I think it's great to have such a non-judgmental outlet like EF for this kind of open discussion.

We're all adults here, with varying levels of sexual experience in different areas of sex so I feel the openness is liberating. We can ask questions that maybe our friends at home wouldn't know about because they don't enjoy the same things we do. I know here I can ask anything regardless of the topic and will get an educated response from several members of the community.

I'm open with my two male best friends and they know a lot about my sex life. They're just like anyone else here making a poll I've had them ask me before if I shave and if so is it bald or landing strip, what my favorite position is, what kind of underwear I wear, what's my favorite lingerie etc. I tell them the truthful answer just like I do on the polls and I personally know these guys. I don't feel uncomfortable with them asking or sharing the results because they're my friends and we're open and honest with each other about everything.

We're all adults. I'm open about sex with my friends as well. I feel very comfortable talking about intimate things here.
