I purchased a Super Head Honcho last week and after about 10 uses it has started to tear at the opening. Every time i use it, the opening becomes wider and it loses tightness. Do sleeves like this usually deteriorate this quickly, or was there something wrong with it?

If you got it here, I'd suggest going up to the Contact section at the top of this page and contacting Customer Service about getting a replacement or refund, if it's within the time line.

What kind of lube are you using? Some strokers don't like silicone lube.
