First of the year, we always see tons of ads for weight loss and gym memberships. There are numerous weight loss programs out there.
Anyone found a good program or method to shred some lbs and inches ?

Anyone try Marie Osmond's Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers ?
I did a lo carb diet few yrs ago and loss 6 lbs w/o trying.

Cut out processed foods, fast foods, portion control. Find something that you like as far as exercise goes. Not all of us are gym goers, and that's ok. Take a class that seems fun (Grab a buddy) to keep each other motivated.remember it's not about the number on the scale but how you feel.

My wife has been to the bariatric clinic a few times but with her work schedule and pay schedule it was hard for her to keep it up. Not that she needs to lose any weight anyway

Stick to getting your 3 meals a day in PLUS 2 snack meals. Never skip. Always include a source of protein and space your meals about 3 hrs apart. Use fresh fruit, some grains, and veggies. Stay away from the cookies and cake Drink lots and lots of water.

Lol, OW just bought me a bag of Chips Ahoy and a box of Lacey's . Good thing I'm not the one on a diet. Does anyone know what a Cleanse is ?
