That would be helpful, particularly for the ones that go on past ten pages, where you have to click on the 20, 30, 40, etc., then go on to the *real* last page.

That would be cool, but you can use the go to last post button near the top of the first page. Where it would really be useful is next to the light bulb thing on the discussions page so when you are following a discussion thread when you see more posts have been added you can skip the first page altogether.(thank you Stained Clear for explaining the lightbulb things!)
