Has anyone heard of the medication called Vyvanse?

Has anyone ever heard of Vyvanse? I heard it's a miracle drug and I asked my doctor about it but he said it can have adverse affects on depression and anxiety but when I looked it up, it says it can be used to treat major depressive disorder. Has anyone used it for that?
