I'll be in Mexico in 10 days and there will be a heavy population of Europeans and South Americans vacationing at the same resort. What this means is there will be lots of men wearing tiny speedos, no matter what body type they have or their age.

What are your thoughts on men wearing speedos on the beach or by the pool?

Do you find it sexy, disturbing, indifferent, depends on the guy wearing it or maybe you have a different feeling?

I don't like the look of Speedos. It's not that I find them disturbing. I just don't find them attractive.

I agree. I don't like the way they look on a majority of the people who like to wear them. There is a certain body type that looks good in it and not many guys fall into the category (usually speedo models do! Haha).

I wouldn't say it's disturbing...but it def makes me uncomfy if very much the wrong guy is wearing one (one very fat and KNOWS he shouldn't be trying to wear one).

I would say nobody really. I think most garments like that are unflattering, cheezy, and tacky. Less coverage=/=sexier. I'm okay with professional swimmers wearing them because it keeps them aerodynamic.

Meh. A guy has to REALLY have the body to fit a speedo, and personally I think they look the best on effeminate guys. 99% of guys look terrible in them XD

for some reason i just laugh when i have seen it n it hasnt really even been the age or body type i just seem to go in shock n then laugh lol

I can tell you they are damn sure not comfortable! I wear one when I go SCUBA diving, they're needed when pulling a wet suit on and off multiple times in a day!

i would also think that you will be used to it after about a day...and not even notice it after. just a thought.

I am the lone American who likes them and find them comfortable, but I wouldn't wear one just anywhere. In Mexico, definitely. I like smaller tan lines than shorts too. Not everyone looks good in them though, I agree.

Agree that the country & culture with men wearing speedos is either the norm or not. Where it is the norm it is no big deal, but agree men with a lean body should wear them. I only wear them em at home during the summer around the house. In public at the beach or pools prefer the swim shorts.
