you have to try to find an agent in your area... and then they will set you up with head shots or you can get head shots done yourself (try a local photographer) and then send them to different agents

Maybe talk to a reputable photographer in your area, like a well estabilshed studio. Ask them who the agents are that they work with, and do some research on their reputations, clients first. Good Luck!!
