More personal than Pennies from Heaven....

The first night I was able to stay alone, I broke down and while I was in the midst of my meltdown, I asked my husband to give me one over the top and unmistakable sign he loved me.

I cannot wear my wedding band very long due to my RA and swollen fingers. I had taken it off a few weeks ago and did not put it back on. When I got home and looked for my ring--it was no where to be found! I thought my husband's mother might have taken it for spite. I had looked everywhere, even under our bed, lol!

All of a sudden, I decided to hang up the clothes in the laundry basket and dumped it on the bed. A shirt of his fell on the floor and I bent down to pick it up. The only light is over our bed. When I grabbed his shirt, I looked over and under our bed, my wedding band was glowing.....(It was definitely not there earlier when I looked with a flashlight.)

I promise this is 100% true!! I placed my band on my finger and became calm and comforted and sooooooo warm, like his hugs made me feel. To me--this was my sign! What so you think?

I have had things like that happen to me several times over the years. I have gone through a rough few years due to lots of issues related to my divorce that dragged on for 4 years, I lost my job and couldn't find one for two years, the job I have now pays less than half of what I made and I lost basically everything I had worked for. My current husband, who is the love of my life, and I have really struggled financially. Right now I am going through bankruptcy, so money is very tight. (Sorry for all the back story.)

I was at a low point and I was looking for some paperwork needed for the bankruptcy that I could not find. In looking through a drawer, I found a bank envelope with $935. I know I did not misplace that large a sum of money since we are basically paycheck to paycheck. No one has been in our office except for us, so I know it wasn't put there by someone else. It was such a blessing especially since I had just spent every bit of savings to put a new head gasket on our vehicle.

Sometimes we get what we need exactly when we need it. Looks like your angel is there looking after you still.

How..interesting you said my angel is still here.

The small area of blood where he died is in the exact shape of the angel I bought for him on our trip from Alabama...even down to the broken wing. I admit to taking a picture of that after I had placed the angel down beside the spot and was getting ready to sit down with our bible. I placed the angel over the area and it is a perfect match.....

wow, that's amazing & touching, both. I do believe God acts on our behalf. others believe it's angels at work in our lives. whichever you believe, it's true! there's a certain 'knowing' that comes w/ those events. I pray for your peace. hugs hugs

While I've never had a sign from a passed loved one, I do get certain feelings of their prescence/spirit with me from time to time. It is amazingly comforting, and I am glad you felt some comfort from your experience as well.

I think that people are right when they say that the people you love never really leave you.

For the rest of your life, he'll probably be just a few moments thought away and by your side for anything major you wind up going through.

Just because we can't see or hold such people anymore doesn't mean they exist any less, they just take on a different form and wait until it's our turn to do the same.

I've heard somewhere that love never really dies, it just takes a different form, and I believe that wholeheartedly.

1. YES, that is the sign you needed and I am glad you found comfort there.

2. I pray you find some peace in your life, as you have been through so, so much, in such a short period of time.

3. On a more specific note, you mention you suffer from RA. Have you been on, or tried a "Biologic"? Remicade or Humira (among the more well tested for years now), can be life altering in their control of RA (and other auto-immune disorders, such as Crohns and Psoriatic Arthritis). In any case, if you have not taken a "Biologic", please talk to your doctor about it, you may have some real comfort ahead.

Best wishes, be well.
