Good post. I'm curious too. I've always wanted at least one.

i met a girl who had them & said that they were the most painful thing she has ever had done to her (& she has her clit pierced). she also has a high tolerance for pain. she said you have to be careful b/c they can get infected easily, & the nipple can even reject them by pushing them out which can split the nipple. i think she's fine w/ them now, but never recommends them to anyone.

I had mine done and my body rejected the piercings. This left me with reduced sensitivity and large scars. I am pretty sure I am in the minority, though.
