I got my nosed pierced just over a month ago, and I think it's infected. There's milky stuff that comes out of it when I move the stuff around. Any suggestions on how I can treat it?

What have you been using to clean it and how often?
Regular soaks with a warm saline solution and changing your pillow cases may work. Also try not to move the jewelry around much.
