Any great restaurant, tour or fun excursion recommendations for the island of St. Thomas? Any suggestions on what to avoid, or where NOT to go???

We are brand new to the "cruise" game, but very seasoned travelers.

I've been to St Thomas many times on business - I'm not a big fan. You can play golf there - or snorkel - or shop. There is also a aerial tramway that you can take up and have lunch.
