So I already got my mom a card, but can't figure out what to get her. She and I are not really close, and I don't want to spend a lot of money. :-x She is mad about perfume and lipsticks, but she has a billion of those. I want to get something unique..
My dad is a different story however. He's done SO much for me over the years, and I never got him something big to show my thanks. I don't want to just get him another shirt or something. I hinted at getting him a laptop, which he seemed to like the idea of. He has ZERO computer knowledge and very little free time, though, and I don't want to get him one only to have it sit around. What do you guys think of that idea? I am not talking a $1,000 laptop..just a $250-$300, very basic one which I've seen at Best Buy among other places.
If you don't like that idea, do you have a better one? TIA!
