I am both - I am not a person who is crabby in the morning or has to go to bed early at night. I don't know, I've never thought about it, but I am for sure both.

Mr. Bignuf here. I am BEST at about 2 AM. Would sleep to 11 AM if I could (but reality has be up at 5 AM every day). Mrs. Bignuf is a working MACHINE between 6 AM and 11 AM, then crashes and burns for the rest of the morning. Gets another burst of energy about 3 to 5, and that is IT for her.

If I had my way, I'd sleep from about 5am-2pm every day. Unfortunately, that doesn't work with my kids...
