Gee, looks like I lost track of this thread for awhile there. I can't believe it's only been two months since I posted it. It's amazing, looking back over what I initially wrote, that I was so angered and upset in the moment and how days or even a week later I completely forgot about the entire issue.

Thanks to everyone who participated, I definitely learned a thing or two.
