I was just wondering how can you get your rank up ?
My rank is 4.6, and since I'm doing the free assignment thing on here I can only request items $30 and under, And I would really like to boost it up so I can get higher priced things...

this explains it, but it's mostly the quality of your reviews. how many people vote on them and what ranking they get. It's more complicated than that of course, it also involves the stats of other reviewers, participation in the forums, etc, but basically, just write as many reviews and make them the best you can.

well not after 6.5. until then though it matters, at least in regards to the free assignments. I'd love to request a tenga flip,but that's a whole rank above me.

Yeah, I don't get it either. I think rocket scientists and brain surgeons are behind the calculation of the rankings...LOL!

A lot of it is how active you are on a daily basis and then how many and the quality of reviews you write. I usually find that my rank goes up after about 3 or 4 high rated reviews, but it slows down the higher you are. Another factor is, say you're a 4.5 and then some other 4.5-ers get crappy votes or don't stay active, you then can go up to a 4.6. It's kind of complicated, but just enjoy the ride! If you keep up with the assignments ect. you'll be there in no time! (PS- The Tenga isn't up for free review anyways )

Basically be more active around the entire site, and right good reviews. That's about what I gather from it all.

They key to writing good reviews is having appropriate grammar and a detailed review. Humor never hurts either.

I just saw that it's the lite one open for assignment! Sorry, I was searching the wrong product!
I've had that happen before and had to watch an opportunity get snatched up! You can always do a buyout with points later, then it would be free anyways!

Write reviews that get extremely useful! Yeah and I always read peoples reviews that I know on here so be super involved! I think sometimes it just takes awhile : )

Write more reviews. End of story. You can also post in forums, vote on others reviews, read articles and comment on them.

I have this problem, I'm stuck at 5.2. I have been extremely active in the community these past two weeks, and with the review ammonsity week, I wrote a lot of reviews, of course they are all waiting to be published, so I'm hoping that this will help boost my rank, since I have been stuck at 5.2 for quite some time.

The fact that it was Review Amnesty week means that a ton of other people were writing reviews as well. Since rank is dependent on the activity of others in the community in addition to your own level of activity, this could have something to do with it. I have noticed that people's rank increases after their reviews get published, however, not upon submission, so just keep an eye out. =)

when u very first start the review program can u request any free items or do u have to buy ur starting items?
