With the obsession of looking perfect in western culture, a lot of women resort to plastic surgery. (I imagine men do too, but you hear about it mostly with women)

Their lips aren't pillowy enough or their breasts aren't big enough, their face aren't the right shape or one eye is higher than the other, etc.

My question is does it change anything to find out that the person you are attracted to physically has had work done on one of their more attractive features? Do you prefer someone who hasn't had any work done or does it matter?

If it does matter, what about if it is for weight loss, like liposuction or stapling and a one time thing?

Basically, if you found out that the woman with the exotic looks paid for them, is she (or he) still attractive or just fake? less

Personally, I don't care whether they've had work done, as long as they look like themselves. I personally would never get plastic surgery that wasn't about feeling more like myself... I've not had any work done, but I'd really like to have a pair of horns as I've always wanted some...

We're not always born looking the way we feel, and so surgery to correct that is great, but I think society pressuring people to change their appearance is shitty. less
