how long did it take for you to be comfortable enough with a partner to reveal the entire truth of who you are in the bedroom? or do you still hold some things back?

I haven't been with anyone for more than 3 years, and honestly it wasn't regular enough for me to reveal everything.

It takes me awhile. Some stuff may come off as wierd at first. So I wait till I know the moments right.

My basic stuff he accepted, although he's convinced there's more to me than what I've mentioned. Thing is, he doesn't have it in him to be a Dom, so he doesn't know exactly how much of a sub I am - hence, there's a part of my sexual identity that he'll never experience.

maybe. maybe not. have you dropped hints? maybe he's worried that he would like it, and wouldn't know how to process that. or maybe he doesn't have it in him.

are you sure? it would take more than i can imagine for my wife to freak me out. not that all men think alike, but sometimes we feel we need to tone it down so that we don't scare our partner. just a thought. thanks for the post.
