Not at all. I'm small chested and I consider myself lucky. I couldn't imagine having to go through the back pain issues and clothing issues that well-endowed women experience. That being said, I think all breasts should be admired and adored for the way they naturally are.
I can understand a woman getting breast implants to fix physical issues such as one breast being larger or lower than the other, but to take a perfectly good pair of breasts and make them bigger just for the sake of bigger strikes me as severely disturbing behavior.

honestly I'm more self conscious about my bra fitting correctly than anything

Sometimes. They are a bit large and I used to get made fun of because I developed early and fast! Not as much now as I used to , though. It has really upped my confidence knowing others here at EF have the same issues.

I am, but my boobs draw attention to themselves. The size of them is ridiculous. I wear a 40-42 DDD. I have people stare at them and I have my whole life. It annoys me. I hide them in my clothing except for around my hubby. The fall to my waist. And overall they aren't pretty. I hate them and know that some day I will need a reduction. I think they even grew a little recently. They just don't seem to stop growing. I just think I'm too young for the reduction. But I think I need to go see a Dr about it. They are out of control.

I'm self conscious for the fact I don't have any. I have 32 AA's and wish they were at least B's. I've had small C's when I was pregnant and breastfeeding and then when I weaned my youngest, they disappeared to AA's. Heck, I wish my baby pooch would've disappeared that easy.

I happen to think my breast are one of my best assets hehe so no I don't try to hide them

I'm not self-conscious about them, but I would prefer them to be smaller. Working out keeps them to a manageable size, but they still get in the way at times.
