We have had the TV on watching the Memorials since early this morning. Not our usual Sunday lounge around/read the paper routine. We are avoiding a big city mall, out of what we know is silly precaution. We put our flag up, and we are just going to hang around home and be home bodies today. Again, not our usual, "go out and shop...have dinner out" Sunday. Part of it is just "doesn't feel right today"....neither one of us even discussed it (till a moment ago), we just both felt the same way.

What are YOU doing today? Anything different from your "normal Sunday routine"?

I'm continuing with my normal Sunday routine. Might go with a friend tonight to the tattoo parlor, but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary.

i went and got my nails done and done a bunch of online window shopping for furniture. so yeah, sticking to the typical routine.

A regular day for me over here, but I paused for a moment to reflect. I feel for all the families who have lost someone during that terrible tragedy.

We have the flag up early this morning, like every year on this day. Then it's football all day long for my husband, part football/Eden for me.

Watched the memorials a bit, we are going out to dinner this evening because we don't feel like cooking but nothing too terrible out of the normal. Certainly reflecting on what happened 10 years ago, though. And of course, we put the flag out, but we usually do that every day.
