If its a migraine for me, nope...there is nothing fixing that save for lots of dark and quiet. But smaller ones sex or just a good round of masturbation can ease. I have never had them fix one totally.

I have honestly never really noticed. I get sinus headaches so often from my allergies that I just don't even notice their coming and going any more unless they are severe.
