Instructions always say- Lather, Rinse, REPEAT. (emphasis mine) How many of you actually repeat. I do not. My hair is clean enough with one wash.
Do you shampoo your hair twice like the instructions say?

Sometimes, it mostly depends on how oily I feel my hair is that day. I try to wash it only every other day instead of every day.

I wash my hair every other day and shampoo only once. Nevrr could figure out why mfgs. say twice, other then to sell more shampoo.

If I'm trying to rinse dye out of my hair and I feel like there's more left than should be after one shampoo, I'll sometimes go for a second. Or if I got something in my hair that just doesn't wanna come out.

I do two or three times. The lather gets better after each rinse and I feel like my hair is cleaner. I also only wash my hair once a week because it's super thick, so that's part of why I can wash twice when I wash it. If I washed it every day like that it would look terrible.

I do if it's really dirty, like after swimming in lakes, creeks, etc. I think my hair 'functions' a little better if it's not squeaky clean though.

Only if I think it's really icky. Usually one wash, one coat of conditioner. Then I do an anti frizz serum and a leave in conditioner! Whew! Lots of product!

I only ever wash with shampoo once. its just a scam by the companies trying to sell more of there product.

I used to do it just once, but now with my hair permed, I feel like it often needs another go. I feel like the grease/oils get trapped closer to my scalp and I have to really scrub at it, instead of how it just to spread out more.

I always wash my hair twice. I'm Mediterranean and my hair is not dry and it will be gross looking by that evening if I only wash it once, in fact it doesn't even feel clean if I only wash it once.

I almost never do, although I think I might have done the "repeat" step about 5 times once or twice when I felt really, really gross.
