Only once or twice (couldn't find a normal pen). I used to draw designs on my arms when I was bored in classes in high school though.
On the topic of sharpies, have you seen the ones for drawing on material yet? I just got a set of them and drew a dragon on a shirt for my kid. Color has held up through a few washes perfectly so far

Not unless it's a reminder on my hand, besides that no, not since I was a teen. I love sharpies though! I've been working on a handbag design and those babies have came in handy! The bright colors are wonderful. Love sharpies!
