Siblings

Me and my brother are pretty close. We go long times without saying anything, but we have that mutual understanding that we can call on each other when we really need to.

Good grief, no. You're lucky!

I have a sister that is 10 years older than me. We are like two peas in the pod. I can still give her a ring anytime I need to, and since I've moved away.. I miss her.

I don't have anything to do with my brother but am close to my sister

My brother and I get along great. He's three years younger than me and has mental disabilities (he can function, but not on his own). We used to tell each other stories and build stuff together as kids; we were both the creative, quiet types. We still look after each other as adults.

My mother did NOT believe in making us compete for her affection or encourage any rivalry by comparing behavior. She made sure that we knew that no matter what happens in life, we'll always have each other and to look out for each other.

A lot of people tell me that we're freaks for getting along so well and ask if there's incest involved - which I think is trashy of them to even THINK of such a thing. I mean, geez, what sort of freaks are THEY to think that siblings either have to hate each other's guts or ... that? Ick.

My brother is 5 years younger than I am... we get along great!

Im close to both of my siblings NOW. My younger and i used to Be horrid to each other. Now we get along because we have so much in common, video games, comic books. We always liked the same stuff just couldnt stop yelling at each other long enough to get along. And me and my older sister get along, have always for the most part.

My sibling is ten years older than I am, we were raised very differently and have two completely different personalities, beliefs, and ideals about life in general. We communicate via text messaging, that's about all we can stand. I think we would both agree neither of us are the other's favorite person in the world. I don't think we've ever called each other just to say hi.

My brothers are 3 and 9 years younger than I am. We're not very close.

I'm close with my brother now, but we hated each other when we were kids. He's 8 years older than me and we didn't really become close until I was maybe 15 or so

I get along great with my sisters, but they're closer to each other than I am to either one of them. I'm also the youngest child who decided to leave farm country and live in the city.

My oldest sister went with the married w/kids approach young (young 20s). My other sister is divorced, but now married to a great guy and has a beautiful daughter.

My sister and I are 3 1/2 years apart. We get along great now that we are adults, but as kids mom said she thought we would kill eachother. We are both still alive so maybe it wasn't so bad.

My brother is 4 years younger than me and we get along great. We were close growing up, and still are. He moved away a few years ago, but we still talk and text a lot. He gets a lot of vacation time every year though, so he flies back up this way at least every few months.

Sis and I get on well.

Me and my siblings get along well and stand up for each other so long as we don't have to be around one another for too long. It hits a point that we fight like cats and dogs. Not to say that anyone else is allowed to pick on my siblings- that's my job.
