There's nothing wrong with treating yourself. I buy lingerie and play "dress-up" with my 6inches in the mirror. LOL I always want to make sure i feel sexy for ME before i feel sexy for someone else.

Although I am not single now, when I was I bought it for myself even if no one else was there to see it. I loved the way I looked in the mirror with it on, or the way it felt on my skin! It made me feel special even if I was the only one who could see it!

I haven't bought lingerie only for myself, but now that I'm single, I probably will, and have a fun night when I have the house to myself. It definitely makes you feel sexier and gives you a nice self-esteem boost.

Maybe I'm pathetic, but if I were single, I'd still be just as big of a lingerie collector as I am now while being in a relationship. I do it for me, not him. He likes it, but is always more enthused with my naked body which I'll never take that enthusiasm for granted! Lol. But I like to collect unique pieces of lingerie for myself. I simply like the way I feel in it.

Agreed I enjoy buying lingerie soley for my own enjoyment. If my SO enjoys it too then that's great but its more about what makes me feel sexy.

This! I'm not single, but I enjoy having the lingerie for myself because it boosts my self esteem when I'm feeling down, not his. It makes me feel sexy, not him. He gets to appreciate and enjoy how the lingerie makes me feel, but I buy it for me regardless.
