Which one is better?

I am wondering if maybe my computer is the issue or not.. I have had Oovoo and it wored really well; and I heard that Skype was good too, but it didn't for me.

When I downloaded it on my phone it worked fine, but on my computer it takes forever to sign on and then the connection drops. Does this happen to everyone? Jw

(I have a pc by the way.)
